Job loss is never easy, especially in the dynamic business aviation industry.
While company layoffs and closures may be unavoidable, one of the greatest gifts you can offer to your displaced employees, should this occur, is offering industry-specific outplacement and career services support led by an expert.
With nearly three decades in business aviation, I have honed my expertise guided by a deep passion for this industry and its people.
It is my personal mission to use my knowledge in career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn presence, and interview preparation, coupled with my emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, to be a guiding light for others in their challenging career moments.
Through my extensive relationships, industry connections, and active involvement in business aviation, I remain attuned to the needs of hiring managers and recruiters and share these valuable resources and insights to my outplacement clients.
