Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel a session, we request at least 24 hours' notice so you can reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds for unused sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We do not ship physical items. All services are offered virtually, over the phone, or in person.
Return Policy:
Since our services are intangible, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work with you to address any concerns.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that schedules can change, especially in business aviation. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no shows may incur a fee up to the cost of the session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
